As neuro-biomechanical professionals, we offer exceptional movement disciplines to train your nervous system and your body to perform at their highest athletic potential.

GYROTONIC®

GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® are unique, holistic movement systems. Each will help you develop a stronger and more supple spine, increased flexibility, and greater joint stability.

Pilates

We feature Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat classes in a beautiful, spa-like setting.  All are designed to improve strength and postural alignment and integrate other Pilates tools including the stability chair and spring board.

Strength & Movement

The better you move, the stronger and more injury resistant you are.  Whether you are swinging a kettlebell, rowing, or working your abs with our suspension training system, CrossCore®, all of our classes (from gentle to advanced) include mobility and strength work. 

Specialized Workshops

We offer a variety of workshops and “pop up” classes to help you continually learn more about you, your body and your nervous system, including pelvic floor, nutrition, tai chi and more. Sign up for our newsletter for upcoming sessions.
