With every choice there is a consequence, good or bad. So when we see the headline, I always wonder how things will play out in the long run. Will there be a price to be paid? Whether it’s rapid weight loss from cleanses, diets, or prolonged cardio sessions, the body must and will adapt, most likely with a rebounding effect.
