The Body Shop Series:
Feet, Ankles, & Knees

Wednesdays & Fridays 6/7 to 7/21* | 10:15-11:15 am
6 weeks – 2x per week – $360

Foot, ankle and knee pain got you down or keeping you from doing what you love? We have the answer: The Body Shop Series!

Join Michelle for the first of her Body Shop Series: Feet, Ankles and Knees. In this small & focused (participation limited to 4 to meet individual goals) 6 week workshop that meets 2x per week, you will learn how to:

  • Mobilize and strengthen the feet and ankles to improve their strength, control, and movement.
  • Alleviate imbalances in those areas as well as your hips and low back.
  • Reinstate movement in areas lost due to injuries or poor movement habits.

In order to prevent long term or recurrent problems, we need to move all of our joints in all different ranges of movement. For example, 35% of people who suffer an ankle sprain go on to re-sprain it within one year, often because they have failed to regain full strength, control and mobility around the ankle.
A typical Body Shop class will start with:

  • gentle mobility warm up,
  • review of prior concepts,
  • lesson teaching a new concept and skill,
  • 20 minute strength workout
  • cool down and review.

This focused small group is limited to 4 participants so that you can get focused, individual attention. It is intended for people who suffer from pain or limited range of motion in those areas but still wants a workout to meet their needs and goals.

Mondays 7:00 – 8:00 am, Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00 – 7:45 am

Instructor: Michelle Wittwer

Get personalized instruction and motivation to reach your wellness goals. This 12 week small group training program provides 3x/week workouts, personalized goal setting with a health coach and weekly motivation to tweak your daily habits. The workshop includes before and after assessment to track your progress and weekly motivation to make lifestyle changes that will get you the results you want!

Workouts will focus on:

  • Strength
  • Cardio
  • Mobility

Meeting Mondays 7-8 am and Wednesdays and Fridays from 7-7:45 am with Michelle Wittwer, NASM CPT, Certified Wellness Coach, Z Health Practitioner

Limited to 8 participants (Off on Memorial Day)
