(1) Mondays | 7:45-8:45 am

(2) Mondays 10:15-11:15 am| Thursdays | 11:30-12:30 pm

Have you been looking for a structured, guided way to fit physical activity into your life? Are you nervous about working out in a gym or unsure of what you’re currently able to do? Would you like to make your everyday activities easier and safer? If you answered “yes!” to any of these questions, then this small group training is perfect for you!

In this class we will work on:

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Endurance
In this small group that is limited to 4 participants, you will get individualized attention and be able to try and learn several different modalities in this safe and structured environment.
(limited to 4 participants, 2 minimum to hold small group)
