Have you been looking for a structured, guided way to fit physical activity into your life? Are you nervous about working out in a gym or unsure of what you’re currently able to do? Would you like to make your everyday activities easier and safer? If you answered “yes!” to any of these questions, then this small group training is perfect for you!

In this class we will work on:

  • Flexibility
  • Endurance
In this workshop, that is limited to 4 participants, you will get individualized attention and be able to try and learn several different modalities in this safe and structured environment.

Pilates Reformer offers a holistic approach to conditioning that optimizes musculoskeletal performance, increases flexibility, and develops lean muscle tone, without risking injury or adding bulk.  We feature the finest equipment in a beautiful, spacious setting!
*You will need to have completed our intro to reformer training, Fast Track to Reformer, in order to join any Pilates Reformer group. Space is limited so please feel free to check with us if you have any questions.

Experience a workout that’s so fun, it doesn’t seem like exercise! Get the benefits of a cardio workout while strengthening and toning your whole body.

Bungee training is the latest addition to our fitness offerings. Add more mobility, cardio, and fun to your training as you bounce, levitate, and soar, all while getting a fabulous workout! Come prepared to work hard and play even harder. Bungee gives you the opportunity to defy gravity and experience weightlessness, in a safe environment.
