How to Sign Up & Use Our 
Pre-Recorded Classes

Here’s how to use our pre-recorded classes from the comfort (and safety) of your home while the studio is closed.

STEP 1

Login and Sign Up for a Pre-Recorded Class

Sign up for a class just like normal via the Mindbody Schedule.

  • Existing Clients: Use your class packs.
  • New Clients: Purchase class packs when you sign up.*

(*New clients will be asked to set up an account with Mindbody which you will use for reservations & payments.)

STEP 2

Save Your Email with the Link to Workouts

We will send everyone, who registers for a class, an email on Sunday night that will include a link to the pre-recorded classes for the week. Links will change each week. Check your Spam/Bulk email folders if you don’t see it by Monday morning. Please email us with any questions.

*Please don’t share the email/link with others.
